CINCINNATI, July 26 (UPI) -- A weekly movie night event in Cincinnati had shaggier guests than usual as dogs were given a one-time free pass to the event, dog owners say.
Jessica Sargent of Milford, Ohio, said her shepherd/Rhodesian ridgeback mix Tod was among the canine guests to the Procter & Gamble Movie Night on Saturday, the Cincinnati Enquirer said. Typically dogs are not welcome at the weekly outdoor events.

Given the level of today's movies, I'm sure the dogs had a great time.

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's Social Democrat (SPD) health minister came under pressure Sunday to explain why she took her official limousine, complete with chauffeur, to Spain where the vehicle was stolen. Opposition politicians demanded Ulla Schmidt provide more details about the affair, which could damage the SPD who trail Merkel's conservatives by more than ten points in opinion polls in the run-up to a September 27 federal election.

Neither she nor the chauffeur knew how to lock the car?  Whatever happened to German efficiency?

Given the human control of the The New York Times's editorial page, maybe the computers could do better.
